Sword Construction LLC is constantly establishing new relationships with quality subcontractors. Please see our Subcontractor Insurance Requirements listed below.

Subcontractor Insurance Requirements

The insurance requirements below are mandatory for all subcontractors who perform work for Sword Construction LLC.

Commercial General Liability Limits:

Coverage must include:

 

Projects / Completed Operations

 

Premises / Operations

 

Contractual and Personal / Advertising Injury Liabilities

 

Cross-Liability Endorsement

 

Severability-of-Interest Clause

 

Explosion, Collapse, and Underground Hazard with Combined Single Limits of: $1,000,000 per Occurrence

Automobile Liability:

 

Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance with coverage for all owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles with combined single limit of: $500,000

Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability:

 

Workers’ Compensation  Statutory

 

 

Employer’s Liability per accident and per disease

$100,000

 

Or submit a DWC Form-83

 

Waiver of Subrogation Clause:

 

Required in favor of Sword Construction LLC and Project Owner.

Description of Operations/Locations/Vehicles/Exclusions added by Endorsement/Special Provisions:

 

Project location must include owner name, address, and contract number on insurance certificate.

 

Insurance companies from which coverage will be provided must be rated A-VII or better by Best’s Key rating guide.
